Yuka AI ("uygulama") uygulamasını indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın. Bu Koşullar, Apple Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesine (EULA) ek olarak geçerlidir.
Lisans
Uygulamayı, bu Koşullara uygun olarak kendi kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarınız için kullanmanız için size kişisel, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir lisans veriyoruz.
Sağlık sorumluluk reddi — lütfen okuyun
Yuka AI, ürünler ve içerikleri hakkında genel, bilgilendirici içerik sunar. Bu içerik tıbbi, beslenmeye ilişkin veya profesyonel bir tavsiye DEĞİLDİR ve nitelikli bir uzmana danışmanın yerini tutmaz.
Puanlar ve analizler yalnızca gösterge niteliğindedir; eksik veya hatalı olabilir. Alerjiler, sağlık durumları veya sağlığınıza ilişkin kararlar için asla yalnızca uygulamaya güvenmeyin. Bilgilerin doğruluğu
Ürün ve içerik bilgileri üçüncü taraf veritabanlarından ve yapay zekâ sistemlerinden gelir ve eksik, güncel olmayan veya hatalı olabilir. Uygulamada gösterilen hiçbir bilginin doğruluğunu veya eksiksizliğini garanti etmiyoruz.
Abonelikler
Yuka AI PRO, otomatik yenilenen bir abonelik olarak sunulur. Aşağıdaki koşullar geçerlidir:
- Abonelik, yıllık veya aylık plan olarak sunulur. Kesin fiyat ve süre, satın almadan önce uygulamada gösterilir.
- Ödeme, satın alımı onayladığınızda Apple ID hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
- Mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce otomatik yenileme kapatılmadığı sürece abonelik, aynı süre için otomatik olarak yenilenir.
- Yenileme ücreti, mevcut dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
- Aboneliğinizi, satın alma sonrasında istediğiniz zaman App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
- Ücretsiz deneme sunulmuşsa, bir abonelik satın aldığınızda denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı geçersiz olur.
Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulama, tasarımı ve içeriği (üçüncü taraf ürün verileri hariç) bize aittir ve yasalarla korunmaktadır. Bunları iznimiz olmadan kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez veya dağıtamazsınız.
Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı kötüye kullanmamayı, tersine mühendislik yapmaya veya müdahale etmeye çalışmamayı ve herhangi bir yasa dışı amaçla kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.
Garanti reddi
Uygulama, yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur.
Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

By downloading or using Yuka AI ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These Terms apply in addition to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
Health disclaimer — please read
Yuka AI provides general, informational content about products and their ingredients. It is NOT medical, nutritional, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional.
Scores and analyses are indicative only and may be incomplete or incorrect. Never rely on the app alone for decisions about allergies, medical conditions, or your health. Always check the actual product label and consult a qualified professional. You use the app at your own risk.
Accuracy of information
Product and ingredient information comes from third-party databases and artificial-intelligence systems and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information shown in the app.
Subscriptions
Yuka AI PRO is offered as an auto-renewable subscription. The following terms apply:
- A subscription is available as a yearly or monthly plan. The exact price and duration are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings after purchase.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its content (other than third-party product data) are owned by us and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, not to attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with it, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Abonnements
Yuka AI PRO wird als automatisch verlängerbares Abonnement angeboten. Es gelten die folgenden Bedingungen:
- Das Abonnement ist als Jahres- oder Monatstarif erhältlich. Der genaue Preis und die Laufzeit werden in der App vor dem Kauf angezeigt.
- Die Zahlung wird bei Bestätigung des Kaufs über Ihr Apple-ID-Konto abgerechnet.
- Das Abonnement verlängert sich automatisch um denselben Zeitraum, sofern die automatische Verlängerung nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf des laufenden Zeitraums deaktiviert wird.
- Die Abrechnung für die Verlängerung erfolgt innerhalb von 24 Stunden vor Ablauf des laufenden Zeitraums.
- Sie können Ihr Abonnement nach dem Kauf jederzeit in den Einstellungen Ihres App-Store-Kontos verwalten oder kündigen.
- Sofern eine kostenlose Testphase angeboten wird, verfällt ein nicht genutzter Teil davon beim Abschluss eines Abonnements.
Geistiges Eigentum
Die App, ihr Design und ihre Inhalte (mit Ausnahme von Produktdaten Dritter) sind unser Eigentum und gesetzlich geschützt. Sie dürfen sie ohne unsere Erlaubnis nicht kopieren, verändern oder verbreiten.
Zulässige Nutzung
Sie verpflichten sich, die App nicht zu missbrauchen, nicht zu versuchen, sie zurückzuentwickeln oder zu stören, und sie nicht für rechtswidrige Zwecke zu verwenden.
Gewährleistungsausschluss
Die App wird „wie besehen" und „wie verfügbar" bereitgestellt, ohne jegliche ausdrückliche oder stillschweigende Gewährleistung, soweit dies gesetzlich zulässig ist.

Abonnements

- Le paiement est débité de votre compte Apple ID lorsque vous confirmez l'achat.
- L'abonnement se renouvelle automatiquement pour la même période, sauf si le renouvellement automatique est désactivé au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours.
- Votre compte est débité pour le renouvellement dans les 24 heures précédant la fin de la période en cours.
- Vous pouvez gérer ou résilier votre abonnement à tout moment dans les réglages de votre compte App Store après l'achat.
- Si une période d'essai gratuite est proposée, toute partie non utilisée est perdue lorsque vous souscrivez un abonnement.
Propriété intellectuelle
L'application, sa conception et son contenu (à l'exception des données produits de tiers) nous appartiennent et sont protégés par la loi. Vous ne pouvez pas les copier, les modifier ni les distribuer sans notre autorisation.
Utilisation acceptable
Vous vous engagez à ne pas faire un usage abusif de l'application, à ne pas tenter de la désosser (rétro-ingénierie) ni de perturber son fonctionnement, et à ne pas l'utiliser à des fins illégales.
Exclusion de garanties
L'application est fournie « telle quelle » et « selon disponibilité », sans garantie d'aucune sorte, expresse ou implicite, dans toute la mesure permise par la loi.

Licencia
Te concedemos una licencia personal, intransferible y no exclusiva para utilizar la aplicación con fines personales y no comerciales, de acuerdo con estas Condiciones.

Yuka AI ofrece contenido general e informativo sobre productos y sus ingredientes. NO constituye asesoramiento médico, nutricional ni profesional, y no sustituye la consulta con un profesional cualificado.
Las puntuaciones y los análisis son solo orientativos y pueden estar incompletos o ser incorrectos. Nunca te bases únicamente en la aplicación para tomar decisiones sobre alergias, afecciones médicas o tu salud. Comprueba siempre la etiqueta real del producto y consulta a un profesional cualificado. Utilizas la aplicación bajo tu propia responsabilidad.

Suscripciones
Yuka AI PRO se ofrece como una suscripción de renovación automática. Se aplican las siguientes condiciones:
- La suscripción está disponible como plan anual o mensual. El precio y la duración exactos se muestran en la aplicación antes de comprar.
- El pago se carga a tu cuenta de Apple ID cuando confirmas la compra.
- La suscripción se renueva automáticamente por el mismo período, a menos que la renovación automática se desactive al menos 24 horas antes del final del período en curso.
- Se cobrará a tu cuenta la renovación dentro de las 24 horas previas al final del período en curso.
- Puedes gestionar o cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento en los ajustes de tu cuenta de la App Store después de la compra.
- Si se ofrece una prueba gratuita, cualquier parte no utilizada se pierde al adquirir una suscripción.
Propiedad intelectual
La aplicación, su diseño y su contenido (salvo los datos de productos de terceros) son de nuestra propiedad y están protegidos por la ley. No puedes copiarlos, modificarlos ni distribuirlos sin nuestro permiso.
Uso aceptable
Aceptas no hacer un uso indebido de la aplicación, no intentar someterla a ingeniería inversa ni interferir con ella, y no utilizarla para ningún fin ilícito.
Renuncia de garantías
La aplicación se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo, ya sean expresas o implícitas, en la máxima medida permitida por la ley.
Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no seremos responsables de ningún daño indirecto, incidental o consecuente derivado del uso o de la imposibilidad de uso de la aplicación.
Cambios en estas condiciones
Podemos actualizar estas Condiciones de vez en cuando. La fecha que aparece en la parte superior de esta página indica cuándo se modificaron por última vez. El uso continuado de la aplicación tras una actualización significa que aceptas las Condiciones revisadas.
